About
Beth brings a blend of experience and approachability to her work in estate planning. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Equestrian Science, magna cum laude, from William Woods University, and her Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law, where she was a Bryant Park Scholarship recipient, a member of the Order of the Crown honor society, a CALI Award for Excellence recipient, and graduated with Pro Bono honors.
Beth is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and holds an inactive license in Illinois. She is an active member of the Mecklenburg County Bar and the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys.
Known for her down-to-earth approach, Beth makes the often-intimidating process of estate planning simple and stress-free. Clients consistently praise her ability to communicate complex legal concepts in plain English, ensuring they feel empowered and informed every step of the way. She especially enjoys working with young families doing first-time planning and clients who include pets in their estate planning—something she assures is never “weird.”
Prior to her legal career, Beth worked as a professional horse trainer and remains active in the local hunter/jumper equine community, where she judges, announces, and competes throughout the Southeast. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband Mike, her horses, and her dog.
