Jacqueline “Summer” Hunt is a managing title attorney with a strong focus on commercial real estate transactions and complex title matters throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. She is known for her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem solving approach to challenging title issues.
Summer earned her Bachelor of Science in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law. She has been licensed in North Carolina since 2011 and South Carolina since 2014 and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
Her background in foreclosure and distressed property matters gives her a unique advantage when handling title defects and curative issues. Clients and title companies value her ability to analyze complex title histories and deliver practical, risk aware solutions.
